摘　　要：骨囊肿是一种常见的骨病变,好发于肱骨近端和股骨干骺端,距骨囊肿则相对少见,患者多伴有踝关节创伤史,若不及时干预将严重影响患者生活质量,甚至致残。但距骨囊肿的发病机制目前尚未完全明确,临床症状也不具特征性,其早期诊断主要依靠CT和磁共振成像检查。近年来,随着影像诊断技术的不断发展,距骨囊肿的早期发现率及诊断率均显著提高;同时,随着关节镜技术的逐步成熟以及组织工程学技术的发展应用,距骨囊肿的治愈率也逐渐升高。因此,关节镜技术联合工程学材料在距骨囊肿治疗方面的应用前景广阔。但目前关于距骨囊肿的治疗方案尚未统一,仍需未来进一步研究明确。Bone cyst is a common bone lesion,often occurring in the proximal humerus and femoral epiphysis.Talus cyst is relatively rare,in which cases the patients often have a history of ankle trauma,and will seriously affect the patients′quality of life,or even disability if no timely intervention is given.However,the pathogenesis of talus cyst is not completely clear and the clinical symptoms are not characteristic.The early diagnosis of talus cyst mainly depends on CT and magnetic resonance imaging.In recent years,with the continuous development of imaging diagnosis technology,the early detection rate and diagnosis rate of talus cyst have increased significantly.At the same time,with the gradual maturity of arthroscopy technology and the development and application of tissue engineering technology,the cure rate of talus cyst is gradually increasing as well.Therefore,arthroscopic technology combined with engineering materials has a promising future in the treatment of talus cyst.However,the treatment of talus cyst has not been unified at present,and further studies are needed for clarification.
