摘　　要：心力衰竭是一种严重影响患者生命健康的疾病,目前临床推荐用药虽然有一定的治疗作用,改善了患者的症状,但死亡率依然较高,因此临床急需寻找新的药物,以改善心力衰竭患者的治疗现状。钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(SGLT2)抑制剂是一种口服降糖药物,在葡萄糖跨膜重吸收过程中起重要作用。除降糖作用外,SGLT2抑制剂有心脏保护作用,可用于心力衰竭的治疗,其能改善患者的预后,降低住院率和死亡率,提高生活质量,且伴或不伴糖尿病的心力衰竭患者均可获益。Heart failure is a disease that seriously affects the life and health of patients.At present,although the clinical recommended drugs have certain therapeutic effects and can improve the symptoms of the patients,the mortality is still high.Therefore,it is urgent to find new drugs to improve the treatment status.Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitor is an oral hypoglycemic drug that plays important roles in glucose transmembrane reabsorption process.In addition to the hypoglycemic effects,SGLT2 inhibitors have cardioprotective effects and can be used in the treatment of heart failure,which can improve patient prognosis,reduce hospitalization rate and mortality,improve quality of life of the patients,and can benefit the patients with or without diabetes.
