母线保护中母联CT断线识别及处理方案研究

摘　　要：本研究详述了变电站发生二次回路CT断线的环节,分析了母联CT断线对母线保护动作行为产生的不利影响。基于母联CT断线后的电气特征,提出母线保护上母联CT断线的两种识别方案,给出了基于全周傅氏算法的详细判据。从继电保护四性角度出发,提出母联CT断线的三种处理方案,详述了三种方案的特点,并从不同电压等级出发,分别论述了选择哪种方案更有利于在电力系统中发挥继电保护作用。This study firstly details the CT breaking of the secondary circuit in subsation,analyzes the CT breaking of bus-tie bring adverse influence on the action of busbar protection.Based on electrical characteristics after the CT breaking of bus-tie,proposes two identification schemes of bus-tie breaking on busbar protection,and gives a detailed criterion which based on full wave Fourier algorithm.From the point view of the four basic requirements of relay protection,this paper proposes three treatment programmes of the bus-tie CT breaking,and details characters of the three options,and discusses the choice of which program depending on the voltage level is more conducive to play the role of relay protection in the power system.
