摘 要:为解决我国水污染、水资源数量紧张等问题,对水资源保护效果进行科学评价必不可少.本文结合压力-状态-响应模型(PSR模型)选取包含“灌溉水利用系数”等17个指标,共同构成水资源保护效果的评价指标体系,将保护效果划分为4个等级.选用AHP法和熵权法相结合的组合赋权法确定指标权重,利用多目标决策-理想区间法(MODMIIM)计算待评价样本和标准区间的距离,根据最短距离原则判断保护效果等级.采用该模型对贵州省2013—2017年水资源保护进行综合评价,评价结果为:2013—2014年为合格阶段,2015—2017年为良好阶段,并在2017年达到最优,表明贵州省水资源保护效果整体呈逐年上升趋势,这与贵州省的实际情况相符,此方法为水资源保护效果评价提供了思路.In order to solve the problems of water pollution and water resource shortage in China,it is essential to evaluate the effect of water resources protection scientifically.This paper combines the pressure-state-response model including 17 indicators,such as irrigation water protection coefficient,to form the evaluation index system of water resources protection effect,and divides the protection effect into four levels.The combined empowerment method combining AHP method and entropy power method are used to determine the index weight,the distance between the sample to be evaluated and the standard interval is calculated by the multi-objective decision-ideal interval method(MODMIIM),and the protection effect level is judged according to the shortest distance principle.This model was used to comprehensively evaluate water resources protection in Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2017.The evaluation results are that 2013 and 2014 were qualified stage,2015-2017 and optimal in 2017,indicating that the overall trend of water resources protection effect in Guizhou Province is increasing year by year,which is consistent with the actual situation of Guizhou Province.This method provides ideas for the evaluation of water resources protection effect.
