摘 要:以新型单回路铝合金门式抢修塔1C1W6-JZQL为研究对象,利用有限元法分析其动力响应特性.选用“两塔一线”模型,运用数值分析软件结合Davenport谱完成对10级脉动风场的模拟,对塔-线体系进行风振响应分析.结果表明:在300 m水平档距下的导线动位移为8741 mm,Y向风偏位移为7630 mm,最大位移占两导线吊点距离的79%;随着水平档距减小,合位移及Y向风偏位移逐渐减小且风振频率降低,在300 m水平档距下动应力最大值为275 MPa,均值为140 MPa,在门式抢修塔的许用应力之内,不会发生整体破坏;在10级风作用下,门式抢修塔不会发生局部构件失效且满足压杆稳定性,300 m水平档距的导线最大张力占综合拉断张力的70.9%,不满足规定,其他两种档距下导线均满足破断张力规定,线路不会发生破坏.The new single circuit portal aluminum alloy emergency repair tower 1C1W6-JZQL is taken as the research object and the dynamic response characteristics of rush repair tower are analyzed based on finite element method.The model of"two towers and one line",is adopted and the software of numerical analysis and Davenport spectrum are utilized to simulate the level 10 pulsating wind field.The results show that the wind deflection displacement of the conductor under 300m horizontal span is 8741mm,and the wind deflection displacement in Y direction is 7630mm.The maximum displacement accounts for 79%of the lifting point distance between the two conductors.With the decrease of horizontal span,the combined displacement and wind deflection displacement in Y direction gradually decrease,and the wind vibration frequency decreases.The maximum dynamic stress is 275MPa under 300m horizontal span,and the average value is 140MPa,which is the allowable stress of rush repair tower.Thus,no overall damage will occur.Moreover,the emergency repair tower will not have local component failure under the action of level 10 wind.The emergency repair tower meets the stability of pressure bar.The maximum tension of conductor and ground wire in 300m horizontal span accounts for 70.9%of the comprehensive breaking tension,which does not meet the provisions.However,the breaking tension provisions are met under the other two spans,and the line will not be damaged.
