摘 要:超声回弹综合法是实际工程中常用的抗压强度无损检测方法。按照CECS 02∶2005《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度技术规程》的要求,有条件的地区应建立专用或地方测强曲线。云南省现有DBJ 53/T-53-2013《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度技术规程》、DBJ 53/T-102-2020《云南省公路工程超声回弹综合法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》两部超声回弹测强地标,为比较上述两个地方标准的差异,论文结合云南某实际工程现场主体结构构件无损测强结果比较了3个标准对应的推定强度与实体钻芯芯样强度等,结果表明超声声速在DBJ 53/T-53-2013推定的抗压强度所占的权重较低,DBJ 53/T-102-2020推定的抗压强度更为接近芯样/试块抗压强度。Ultrasonic rebound synthesis method is a common nondestructive testing method for compressive strength in practical engineering. According to the requirements of the upper standard CECS 02:2005,special or local strength measurement curves shall be established in conditional areas. There are two ultrasonic rebound strength measurement landmarks DBJ 53/T-53-2013 and DBJ 53/T-102-2020 in Yunnan Province.In order to compare the differences between the above two local standards,combined with the nondestructive strength measurement results of the main structural members of a practical project in Yunnan,this paper compares the technical specification for concrete strength detection by ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method CECS 02:2005 The estimated strength and solid core sample strength corresponding to the three standards. The results show that the weight of ultrasonic velocity in the estimated compressive strength of DBJ 53/T-53-2013 is low;the estimated compressive strength of DBJ 53/T-102-2020 is closer to the compressive strength of core sample/test block.
