摘　　要：眩晕病是临床多学科的常见病、多发病。张怀亮教授一直致力于眩晕病的研究,积累了丰富的经验,形成了比较系统的诊治方案。认为眩晕病位在脑,涉及肝、脾、肾三脏,与风、火、痰、虚、瘀密切相关;辨证时注重区分眩晕病的虚实,并根据眩晕发作特征和兼症要点细分其临床亚型;治疗时治本求源,肝脾肾三脏同调而各有侧重,注重情志调节,同时坚持长期治疗理念,多守方而勿频更方;用药善用柴胡类方,注重顾护肝阴,常佐以风药轻清而上行头目,对于久病入络者尤重治痰通络类药物的使用。Vertigo is a frequently-occurring disease in clinic and also the common disease in the department of encephalopathy.Professor ZHANG Huai-liang has been devoted to the research of vertigo,accumulated rich experience,formed a systematic standard of diagnosis and treatment,and has some experience in the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.It is considered that vertigo is located in brain,involving the liver,spleen and kidney,which is closely related to the pathological factors of wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency and stasis.In syndrome differentiation,professor ZHANG point out that we should pay attention to distinguish the deficiency and excess of vertigo,and subdivide its clinical subtypes according to the characteristics of vertigo and the main points of concurrent symptoms.In terms of treatment principles,we should treat disease from the root,pay attention to the coordination of liver,spleen and kidney.It also should pay attention to the regulation of emotion,and adhere to the long-term treatment concept,keep more prescriptions rather than changing prescriptions frequently.Meanwhile,the patients with chronic diseases should be used drugs for resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals are particularly necessary.
