摘　　要：国际疾病分类是世界卫生组织出版的国际公认的卫生信息标准分类,现阶段我国使用的是国际疾病分类第十版本(ICD-10)。随着医疗技术的进步,ICD-10逐渐不能满足临床医疗及医院精细化管理的需求。目前世界卫生组织发布了国际疾病分类第十一版本(ICD-11)。本文通过与ICD-10对比,分析ICD-11新增扩展码的内容与结构,为将来使用ICD-11扩展码提供依据和参考。The International Classification of Diseases is an internationally recognized standard classification of health information published by the World Health Organization.At present,the tenth version of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)is used in China.With the progress of medical technology,ICD-10 gradually cannot meet the needs of clinical medicine and hospital management.The World Health Organization has issued the 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11).By analyzing the contents and structure of the extension codes in ICD-11,it aims to provide theoretical basis and reference for the use of ICD-11 extension codes in the future.
