摘　　要：血管衰老是导致多种心血管疾病的重要危险因素,其发生机制与老年代谢性疾病引起的动脉功能、结构改变等原因有关。2型糖尿病(T2DM)是血管病变的重要病理基础,其在血管衰老进程中的参与机制较为复杂,涉及糖脂平衡、炎症反应、氧化应激、自噬通路受抑、血管紧张素Ⅱ等各方面,是近年来学术探讨的重点课题。本文现对T2DM与血管衰老关系研究进行阐述,探讨T2DM对血管衰老的影响机制,旨在为该病的早期干预提供参考。Vascular aging is an important risk factor for many cardiovascular diseases,and its mechanism is related to the changes of arterial function and structure caused by metabolic diseases in the elderly.Type 2 diabetes mellitus is an important pathological basis of vascular disease,and its participation mechanism in the process of vascular aging is complex,involving glucose and lipid balance,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,autophagy pathway inhibition,angiotensinⅡand other aspects,which is the focus of academic discussion in recent years.In this paper,the research on the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and vascular aging is expounded,and the influence mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus on vascular aging is discussed,so as to provide reference for the early intervention of the disease.
