西帕依固龈液联合西地碘含片对慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者牙周健康指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者联合应用西帕依固龈液与西地碘含片治疗的效果,以及其对牙周健康指标和炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月-2020年12月启东市人民医院口腔科收治的110例慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组使用西地碘含片治疗,试验组在此基础上联合西帕依固龈液治疗。比较两组牙周健康指标、炎性因子水平、临床疗效及用药安全性。结果治疗14 d后,试验组牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟液量(GCFV)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及IL-8均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为12.73%,低于对照组的9.09%,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者联合应用西帕依固龈液与西地碘含片治疗效果确切,可降低牙周炎性因子水平,恢复牙周健康,且用药安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of combined application of Xipayi mouth rinse fluid and cydiodine buccal tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis and dentition defect,and its influence on periodontal health indicators and inflammatory factor levels.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic periodontitis and dentition defect admitted to Department of Stomatology,Qidong People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cydiodine buccal tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Xipayi mouth rinse fluid on the basis of the control group.Periodontal health indicators,inflammatory factor levels,clinical efficacy and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the periodontal probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI),gingival crevicular fluid volume(GCFV),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and IL-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.55%,which was higher than 78.18%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 12.73%,which was lower than 9.09%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xipayi mouth rinse fluid and cydiodine buccal tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis and dentition defect is effective,which can reduce the level of periodontitis factor,restore periodontal health,and have high medication safety.
