摘 要:模型化方法在防弹软织物弹道防护的力学行为变形机制研究中起着非常重要的作用。分别介绍了国内外研究柔性纤维织物损伤变形机制的典型测试方法,包括传统的纱线轴向拉伸、织物单轴多轴拉伸、织物撕裂、剪切、等测试技术,并指出了现有的防弹软织物典型测试方法存在的不足。然后论述了近年来发展比较迅速的模型化测试技术,扼要阐述了纱线拉拔、冲击顶破等几种最新的模型化测试方法,并结合光学测量手段叙述了在防弹软织物防护作用过程中能测试面内微观应力的模型化测试方法。对防弹软织物模型化测试方法的发展进行了展望,认为模型方法结合光学手段表征将是未来实验测试发展的方向。Modeling method plays a very important role in the study of mechanical behavior and deformation mechanism of ballistic protection of bulletproof soft fabric. The typical test methods for studying the damage and deformation mechanism of flexible fiber fabrics at home and abroad are introduced, including the traditional test technologies such as yarn axial tension, fabric uniaxial and multiaxial tension, fabric tear, shear, etc., and the shortcomings of the existing typical test methods of bulletproof soft fabrics are pointed out. Then it discusses the rapid development of modeling test technology in recent years, briefly expounds several latest modeling test methods such as yarn drawing and impact bursting, and describes the modeling test method which can test the in-plane micro stress in the process of bulletproof soft fabric protection combined with optical measurement means. The development of model test methods for bulletproof soft fabrics is prospected. It is considered that model method combined with optical characterization will be the development direction of experimental test in the future.
