摘　　要：在当前社会背景下,高校医患关系面临越来越多的挑战,在高校医生与学生之间的互动中产生的非结构性医患矛盾亦逐渐凸显。本文将结合社会发展的现实背景,以自我身份定位与认同、内部差异性和沟通渠道建设作为切入点,对已有的关于高校非结构性医患矛盾的分析进行回顾和反思,并进一步探讨高校医患关系研究的必要性和发展方向。In the current social context, the doctor-patient relationship in colleges is facing more and more challenges.The unstructured contradiction between doctors and patients generated from the interaction between them has become prominentgradually. This paper willreview and reflect on the existing studies of non-structural doctor-patient contradictions in colleges, combining the social developmentbackground, self-identity orientation and identity, as well as the internal differences and communication channel construction as an entry point, and further explore the significance and future research directions of college doctor-patient relationship studies.
