摘  要:文中使用宏观分析、金相分析、电镜扫描以及夏比冲击试验等方法对某天然气公司天然气长输管道泄漏管段样品进行测试,分析造成该管道泄漏的根本原因。结果表明:测试样品存在明显成型不良现象,内外表面根焊宽度不均匀,存在补焊痕迹;样品断口均发现脱碳层,实际焊接情况与规定的焊接工艺不符;环焊缝开裂起源于根焊位置,具有明显脆性断裂特征;除个别测试样品夏比冲击试验不满足要求外,其他样品冲击性及硬度均满足规范要求。By using the methods of macro analysis, metallographic analysis, electron microscope scanning, and Charpy impact test, the samples of the leaking pipe section of the long-distance natural gas pipeline of a natural gas company were tested to analyze the root causes of the pipeline leakage. The results show that the test sample has obvious poor forming, uneven root welding width on the inner and outer surfaces and repair welding traces. Decarburization layer is found on the fracture surface of the sample, and the actual welding condition is inconsistent with the specified welding process. The cracking of girth weld originates from the root welding position and has obvious brittle fracture characteristics. Except that the Charpy impact test of some test samples does not meet the requirements, the impact properties and hardness of other samples can meet the specification requirements.
