摘  要:在海洋环境下工件表面常涂覆铝锌改性层作为防腐蚀涂层。海洋环境下的重金属离子是影响铝及其合金腐蚀的重要因素之一。文章研究了海水中不同重金属离子(Hg^(2+)和Cu^(2+))含量对5052铝合金表面铝锌改性层的腐蚀性能影响。通过电化学实验发现随着Hg^(2+)含量的增大,铝锌改性层的耐蚀性逐渐减弱。同样随着Cu^(2+)浓度的增大,铝锌改性层的耐蚀性下降。通过浸泡实验,发现随着金属离子(Hg^(2+)、Cu^(2+))的浓度增大,年腐蚀深度逐渐增大。当Hg^(2+)浓度低于5μg/L时年腐蚀深度不超过20μm;当Cu^(2+)浓度低于10μg/L时,年腐蚀深度基本在20μm左右。Aluminum-zinc modif ied layers are often used as long-term protective coatings for various workpieces in marine environments.Heavy metal ions in seawater are one of the important factors affecting the corrosion of aluminum and its alloys.In this paper,the effect of different heavy metal ion contents in seawater on the corrosion performance of Al-Zn modif ied layer on the surface of 5052 aluminum alloy was studied.Through electrochemical experiments,it was found that with the increase of Hg^(^(2+)) content,the corrosion resistance of Al-Zn modif ied layer gradually weakened.Also with the increase of Cu^(2+) concentration,the corrosion resistance of Al-Zn modif ied layer decreases.Through immersion experiments,it was found that with the increase of the concentration of metal ions(Hg^(2+),Cu^(2+)),the annual corrosion depth gradually increased.When the Hg^(2+) concentration is lower than 5μg/L,the annual corrosion depth does not exceed 20μm,when the Cu^(2+) concentration is lower than 10μg/L,the annual corrosion depth is basically about 20μm.
