摘 要:为了解决源分离尿液腐熟效果不理想的技术问题,提出一种源分离尿液无害化处理及发酵液体有机肥的方法,进行了好氧腐熟设备的设计及样机制作,详细介绍了臭氧杀菌系统和腐熟系统。对源分离的尿液进行了试验,结果表明,通过臭氧无害化处理,以微生物对尿液腐熟为基础,实现了氮、磷等营养元素的回收,制出液态肥。In order to solve technical problem that effect of source-separated urine compost was not good,a method of harmless treatment and producing liquid fertilizer of urine was proposed.The aerobic compost equipment was designed,and a production of prototype was accomplished.The parts of ozone sterilization system and compost system were introduced in detail.The urine compost experiment was carried out.Results showed that through ozone harmless treatment and urine compost by microorganisms,recovery of nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus was realized to produce liquid fertilizer.
