摘 要:为实现隔震技术在高层建筑结构中的应用,本文结合相关规范及规程提出一套高层隔震结构简洁清晰的设计步骤,并按此步骤对云南龙陵某高层商住楼进行隔震设计和分析,时程分析表明:在基本周期方面,隔震结构的周期比抗震结构的周期延长了许多;在基本地震作用下,本文采用的是8度(0.3g),通过计算得到的结构X、Y方向的减震系数分别达到0.36和0.37,层间位移的减震比在X、Y方向分别为0.26和0.37,加速度在X、Y方向的减震比分别为12.2%和8.4%,结构的地震作用效应大幅降低,隔震层的支座应力、位移、弹性恢复力及风荷载下的稳定性等验算均满足要求,充分地验证了本文提出的设计步骤的可行性,且进一步验证了高层隔震结构的减震效果,最终,使得该工程在确保合理设计的同时,可以获得良好的社会经济效益,并为工程技术人员将隔震技术应用到高层结构提供了有益的借鉴。In order to more comprehensively expound the engineering application of high-rise isolated structure,the recommended design process of high-rise isolated structure was proposed with the relevant norms and procedures in this paper.A certain thirteen-floor commercial and residential building in Yunnan high-intensity area was designed and analyzed according to the above-mentioned process.Time history analysis showed that:compared with the seismic structure,the fundamental period of the isolated structure was relatively large extended.Under 8 degree earthquake(0.3g),the horizontal damping coefficient in X and Y direction were 0.36 and 0.37,the structure's seismic effect is significantly reduced.Bearings’stress,displacement,resilience of the isolation layer and the calculation of stability under wind load met the requirements,which showed that the design process above-mentioned was simple and effective and further verified the effect of the high rise isolated structure.Finally,discussions on the economics of the project were carried out,results showed that there is a good social and economic benefits,and this engineering design was reasonable and feasible.The problem of the engineering application of high-rise isolated structure is partly overcome for engineering and technical staffs.
