摘 要:为分析矿料级配、油石比、拌和工艺等对花岗岩沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,通过4种类型的密级配沥青混合料进行相关试验。结果表明:花岗岩沥青混合料对级配、油石比、拌和工艺等的变化较为敏感;相对于SMA-13,直投拌和对AC-20C混合料水稳定性的影响更大;油石比变化对AC-20C花岗岩混合料的水稳定性影响较大;矿料级配变化对SMA-13花岗岩混合料的水稳定性影响较大;在合适的矿料级配和油石比情况下,密级配花岗岩沥青混合料具有技术可行性。试验结果可为后续花岗岩沥青混合料生产提供借鉴。In order to analyze the influence of gradation,asphalt-aggregate ratio and mixing technology on the water stability of granite asphalt mixture,relevant tests were carried out with four types of dense-graded bituminous concrete.The results show that granite asphalt mixture is sensitive to the change of gradation,asphalt-aggregate ratio and mixing technology.Compared with SMA-13,direct delivery has a greater effect on the water stability of AC-20C mixture.The water stability of AC-20C granite mixture is greatly affected by the change of asphalt-aggregate ratio.The change of gradation has a great influence on the water stability of SMA-13 granite mixture.Under the proper condition of gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio,it is technically feasible of dense-graded granite bituminous concrete.The test results can provide reference for subsequent production of granite asphalt mixture.
