摘　　要：涉诈APP已经成为当前电信网络诈骗犯罪链条中的关键环节,侦查人员可以从涉诈APP入手,分析网络流数据,深挖背后隐藏的“技术黑手”,为全链条打击犯罪提供线索和帮助。本文探讨了涉诈APP安装包的动、静态解析原理、流程、内容及难点,重点阐述了运用解析信息服务侦查破案的途径。通过对被害人手机中涉诈APP的勘查、解析和研判,可以为侦办电信网络诈骗案件提供证据与线索。Fraud-related APP has become the key part in current telecom and online fraud crime chain.Investigators can start with fraud-related APP,analyze network flow data,dig deep into the hidden "technical black hands",and provide clues and help for the whole chain to crack down on crime.This paper discusses the dynamic and static analysis principle,process,content and difficulties of fraud-related APP installation package and focuses on the ways of using analysis information service to investigate and solve cases.Through the investigation,analysis and judgement of fraud APP in the victim’s mobile phone,we can provide evidence and clues for the investigation of telecom and online fraud cases.
