摘　　要：文章介绍了八钢炼钢厂120t转炉通过现场改进,将原挡渣棒挡渣方式改为滑板挡渣。120t转炉滑板挡渣装置与PLC红外下渣检测装置结合,实行滑板挡渣,在八钢2#转炉和3#转炉首先进行应用,取得良好效果。This paper introduces that through the field improvement of 120 t converter in steelmaking plant of Bayi Steel,the original slag retaining rod is changed to sliding plate slag retaining.The sliding plate slag retaining device of 120 t converter is combined with PLC infrared slag detection device to implement sliding plate slag retaining.It has been first applied in No.2 converter and No.3 converter of Bayi Steel and achieved good results.
