摘　　要：文章针对中频炉熔炼金属锰合金生产过程中氮元素含量偏高的原因进行了分析。通过对金属锰生产熔炼、浇注、成型等工序工艺进行优化,产品氮元素含量达到了炼钢生产的技术质量标准要求。This paper analyzes the reasons for the high content of nitrogen in the production of metal manganese alloy in medium frequency furnace.By optimizing the smelting,pouring and forming processes of metal manganese production,the nitrogen content of the product meets the requirements of the technical quality standard of steelmaking production process.
