摘  要:文章介绍了昆玉钢铁棒材生产线进行的工艺优化改进:针对生产工艺存在的横肋充不满,横肋高度低,钢材负差率低问题,优化了孔型设计;针对生产大规格钢材弯曲试验裂纹问题,改变横肋与钢筋轴线的夹角β,改变辊槽横肋根部加工方法,以及调整开轧温度、控轧控冷温度等措施,改善了钢材的冷弯性能;通过优化穿水管的内腔尺寸,增大水压,优化冷却工艺等措施,解决了多切分生产时钢材性能线差大、力学性能不稳定的问题。This paper introduces the process optimization and improvement of Kunyu Iron&Steel Ltd:aiming at the problems of insufficient filling of transverse rib,low height of transverse rib and low negative difference rate of steel,the pass design is optimized;aiming at the problem of bending test crack of large-scale steel,the included angle between transverse rib and reinforcement axis is changedβ,the cold bending performance of steel is improved by changing the processing method of the root of the transverse rib of the roll groove and adjusting the opening rolling temperature,controlled rolling and controlled cooling temperature;by optimizing the inner cavity size of the through pipe,increasing the water pressure and optimizing the cooling process,the problems of large linear difference of steel properties and unstable mechanical properties in multi cutting production are solved.
