摘　　要：文章分析了海蓝色彩涂钢板在运输及加工过程中出现背面漆与海蓝面漆漆膜发生粘结的缺陷原因,从生产工艺参数、涂料生产工艺及使用方面进行了改进。This paper analyzes the causes of the defect of bonding between the back paint and the sea blue finish paint film of the sea blue color coated steel plate in the process of transportation and processing,and improves the production process parameters,coating production process and application.
