摘 要:随着城市交通快速发展,环岛交通拥堵日益严重,成为城市交通管理难点。由于环岛受到入口瓶颈和交织段交通冲突等因素的影响,目前在环岛交通改善中普遍通过提升环岛自身通行能力来缓解交通问题,其效果是有限的。结合交通管理实践,提出在提升环岛自身通行能力同时,还应通过控制进岛交通集聚速度,与环岛疏散能力匹配,实现环岛进出交通平衡的环岛交通优化思路。在实现进出交通环岛的平衡中,基于交叉口群协调管控思路,改变传统的干线协调方法,通过交叉口距离、交通流量、信号周期以及协调控制系数、不均衡系数等参数,判断与环岛存在较大关联性的交叉口,将其划分到一个交叉口群内进行协同管控,应用于“商字环岛”的优化改造项目中,取得了较好的效果。With the rapid development of urban traffic,the traffic congestion at roundabouts is becoming more and more serious.The capacity of roundabout is affected by the bottleneck at the entrance and the interweaving section,and the capacity improvement is limited,so itself improvement can not be effectively solved the traffic problems.Based on the engineering practice,this paper proposes to control the speed of traffic agglomeration into the roundabout,while improving the capacity of the roundabout.In achieving the balance of in and out traffic at a roundabout,based on the idea of intersection coordinated control,change the traditional main coordinating method.By changing parameters such as the intersection distance,traffic volume,traffic signal cycle length,the coordination control coefficient CF,unbalanced coefficient IB and so on,determing larger correlation with roundabout intersection,and classified into an coordinated controls intersection group.The feasibility of the method is proved by the application of“Shang Zi Huan Dao”.
