“治上焦如羽”在耳鼻咽喉疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：温病学家吴鞠通提出“治上焦如羽”,即针对温病邪在上焦的病证,宜从“轻”施治。耳鼻咽喉居于人体头颈部,皆为清窍,位属上焦,非轻不能上达。临床治疗该部位的疾病多选用质地轻清之品,同时配合气味芳香与引经之药,以助药达病所,属“治上焦如羽”的范畴。本文基于“治上焦如羽”在耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病,尤其对疾病初期治疗中的具体应用展开了论述,以期更好地指导临床治疗。Wu Jutong,a warm disease epidemiologist,proposes that“treating upper jiao is like a feather”,that is for the warm disease in the disease of upper jiao disease with“light”drugs should be applied.Ears,nose,and throat on the head and neck of the human body,are clear orifices,in the upper jiao,if the medicine is not light,they can not reach the upper jiao.Clinical treatment of the disease of this part often selects the light texture of the product.At the same time,with the flavoring and channel ushering drugs to help medicine to reach the disease site,belongs to the category of“treating upper jiao is like a feather”.This article is based on“treating upper jiao is like a feather”of the common diseases in otorhinolaryngology,in particular,the specific application in the initial treatment of diseases is discussed,in order to guide clinical treatment better.
