益肾逐瘀汤治疗肾虚瘀阻证良性前列腺增生症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾逐瘀汤治疗肾虚瘀阻证良性前列腺增生症的临床效果及对炎症因子、性激素的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月江苏省泰州市中医院收治的92例良性前列腺增生症患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各46例。对照组给予前列舒通胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予益肾逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分、临床疗效、炎症因子水平、性激素水平及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组中医症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组γ干扰素、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组黄体生成素水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,睾酮水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(校正χ^(2)=0.261,P=0.609)。结论益肾逐瘀汤治疗肾虚瘀阻证良性前列腺增生症能够改善临床症状,疗效显著,同时能够减轻炎症反应,调节性激素水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with syndrome of kidney deficiency and stagnation and obstruction and its influence on inflammatory factors and sex hormones.Methods A total of 92 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianlie Shutong Capsules,and the study group was treated with Yishen Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors level,sex hormones level,and complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interferon-γand interleukin-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone level in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while testosterone level in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(correctedχ2=0.261,P=0.609).Conclusion Yishen Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with syndrome of kidney deficiency and stagnation and obstruction can improve the clinical symptoms,have significant
