冯玲教授从“因郁致浊”论治高脂血症的经验探析

摘　　要：高脂血症是临床上常见的一类代谢性疾病。冯玲教授认为本病多因“郁”作祟,认为本病之“郁”即因脏腑气血失和,水谷精微输布不畅,膏脂郁于脉中而酿生脂浊,包括气滞、痰阻、血瘀等病理要素。气郁致浊是本病的核心病机。本病主要病位在脾,与肝、肺密切相关。因此,冯玲教授提出了以“宣畅气机,散郁泄浊”为基本治则辨治本病。一方面,通过运脾土、疏肝木等方法内燮升降以畅气机、泄郁浊。另一方面,运用汽疗调脂法外开玄府以宣气机、散郁浊。内外同调,散郁行滞,泄浊降脂,临床治疗高脂血症效果较好。文末另附验案一则,以期为临床防治高脂血症提供新的思路和方法。Hyperlipidemia is a common metabolic disease. Professor Feng Ling believes that the disease is mostly caused by “stagnation”. “Stagnation” of this disease is caused by the incoordination of the viscera, qi and blood. The result is that the nutrients are not smooth, zhizhuo is stagnant in the veins, and the fat is turbid. The pathological factors include qi stagnation, phlegm obstruction, and blood stasis. Turbidity caused by qi stagnation is the core pathogenesis of this disease. The main disease is the spleen, which is closely related to the liver and lung. Therefore, Professor Feng Ling proposes to treat the disease based on the basic treatment of “unblocking qi movement, dissipating stagnation and turbidity”. On the one hand, by regulating the spleen and liver, it can unblock qi movement and relieve stagnation and turbidity. On the other hand, by using the method of steam therapy and regulating lipid, it can open the sweat holes to unblock qi movement and dissipate stagnation and turbidity. Internal and external coherence, dispersing depression and stagnation, relieving turbidity and reducing lipid, the effect of clinical treatment for hyperlipidemia is good. A case study is attached at the end of the article. It is expected to provide new thoughts and methods for clinical treatment of the disease.
