半夏厚朴汤治疗消化系统疾病的临床探析

摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤原主治“梅核气”,笔者通过理论分析及临床实践,总结出半夏厚朴汤兼具通补兼施、升降共调之配伍特点,并能调节情志,这与脾胃的生理特性及发病特点相符。同时,本方的抗抑郁作用亦符合多种情绪相关性胃肠病的诊疗思路与手段。笔者在临床上运用本方治疗消化系统疾病收到了确切疗效,并通过典型病案总结临床经验。Banxia Houpu Decoction is the original formula in the treatment of “plum-stone qi”. The author has drawn a conclusion that Banxia Houpu Decoction’s compatibility characteristics that treating with both elimination and reinforcement, ascending and descending regulation, and regulating the mood with spleen and stomach’s physiological and pathological characteristics by analyzing its theory and clinical practice. In addition, antidepressant effect of this prescription also accords with the diagnosis and treatment ideas and means of various emotion-related gastrointestinal diseases. The author has received exact effect in treating gastrointestinal diseases by Banxia Houpu Decoction, and summarized clinical experience through typical cases.
