摘　　要：院务公开是促进医院民主科学管理、构建和谐医患关系的重要措施之一。随着《关于建立现代医院管理制度的指导意见》的出台,对医院院务公开工作提出了新的要求。本文论述了院务公开政策背景和首都医科大学宣武医院院务公开现状,以及宣武医院在积极推动医院院务公开工作中,做到了切实加强组织领导,不断完善制度建设,明确职责分工,积极拓展公开方式,严格规范公开程序,建立信息公开保密审查机制,坚持执行监督考核机制。同时,基于医院院务公开现状,建议将院务公开工作纳入医院章程,落实院务公开年度工作重点、提升院务公开主动性,不断加强监督和建立评价机制。Hospital affairs disclosure is one of the important measures to promote the democratic and scientific management of hospitals and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. With the introduction of the Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Modern Hospital Management System, new requirements have been put forward for the hospital affairs disclosure. This article discusses the policy background of hospital affairs disclosure and the status quo of hospital affairs disclosure in Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University. And Xuanwu Hospital, in actively promoting the hospital affairs disclosure, has strengthened organization and leadership, continuously improved system construction,clarified the division of responsibilities, actively expanded disclosure methods, strictly regulated disclosure procedures,established a confidentiality review mechanism for information disclosure, and adhered to the implementation of the supervision and assessment mechanism. At the same time, based on the status quo of hospital affairs disclosure, it is recommended to include hospital affairs disclosure into the hospital charter, implement the annual work priorities of hospital affairs disclosure, enhance the initiative of hospital affairs disclosure, and continuously strengthen supervision and establish an evaluation mechanism.
