医护一体化护理干预在尿道成形术治疗小儿先天性尿道下裂中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究采用医护一体化护理干预在尿道成形术治疗小儿先天性尿道下裂中的应用效果。方法 选取上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院儿泌尿外科于2020年2月至2021年6月收治的128例接受尿道成形术治疗的先天性尿道下裂患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(64例)与观察组(64例),对照组施以常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+医护一体化护理干预,比较两组手术成功率、负性情绪改善情况、术后并发症情况与护理满意度。结果 观察组手术成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P <0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在先天性尿道下裂患儿接受尿道成形术中采用医护一体化护理干预可提高手术成功率,改善患儿的负性情绪,降低术后并发症发生风险,同时也能够提升临床护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of integrated nursing intervention in urethroplasty for congenital hypospadias in children. Methods A total of 128 children with congenital hypospadias who received urethroplasty were selected as the study subjects from February 2020 to June 2021 in Department of Pediatric Urology Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group(64 cases) and observation group(64 cases), the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing + integrated nursing intervention, the success rate of operation, improvement of negative emotion, postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of operation in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of urethroplasty for children with congenital hypospadias, the adoption of integrated nursing intervention can improve the success rate of surgery, improve the negative emotions of children, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and also improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
