摘　　要：阿根廷红虾(Pleoticusmuelleri)是世界上重要的海捕虾之一。阿根廷是阿根廷红虾最主要的生产国,也是唯一的阿根廷红虾出口国。近年来,阿根廷红虾的出口额占阿根廷渔业出口总额的50%以上,是阿根廷渔业最重要的品种。西班牙、意大利等西方国家传统上是阿根廷红虾的主要市场,自2011年开始,阿根廷红虾对中国出口量迅速增加,到2015年,中国已成为阿根廷红虾第二大出口市场。在中阿全面战略伙伴关系的背景下,为进一步扩大双方水产品贸易,增进双方的联系和交流,推动双方在渔业多领域、多方位的合作奠定了基础。分析了当前中阿关系处于良好时期背景下,阿根廷红虾对中国贸易既面临着中国市场极具发展潜力、中国进口关税降低、中越边贸活动得以整治以及中国进口阿根廷红虾质量标准日趋规范等发展机遇,也面临着阿根廷的农产品出口税变化、新冠肺炎疫情影响下的国际市场变化以及中国国内红虾市场销售情况变化等挑战。最后,阐述了阿根廷红虾对推进“一带一路”建设、促进中阿渔业合作具有的积极意义,并就如何继续推动中阿红虾贸易发展提出了利用好关税杠杆、多种渠道稳定扩大红虾贸易、加强红虾产品进口与销售环节的管理等建议。Argentine red shrimp(Pleoticus muelleri)is one of the important marine fishing shrimps in the world.Argentina is the main producer and also the only exporter.In recent years,the export value of red shrimp has accounted for more than 50%of total fisheries export value in Argentina,thus it has become the most important species in Argentine fishery.Spain,Italy and other developed countries had been the main traditional markets of red shrimp.Since 2011,Argentine export trade of red shrimp to China has increased rapidly.In 2015,China became the second largest market for red shrimp,and constituted the largest export market of Argentine fishery products with other Argentina fishery products exported to China.In the context of comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Argentina,the development of red shrimp trade with China has laid a foundation for expanding the trade of fishery products between China and Argentina,enhancing bilateral exchanges and contacts,and promoting bilateral cooperation in various fields and aspects of fisheries.This paper analyzed the development opportunities of the current Argentine red shrimp trade with China facing good Sino Argentine relations,the great potential Chinese red shrimp market,the reduction of China’s import tariffs,the rectification of border trade activities between China and Vietnam,and the increasingly standardized quality standards of China’s imported red shrimp,and the challenges faced by Argentina’s export tax on agricultural products,changes in the international market under the influence of COVID-19 and problems in the domestic market of red shrimp.Finally,this article expounded the positive significance of Argentina red shrimp trade to China in carrying forward the construction of"the Belt and Road"and promoting fisheries cooperation between China and Argentina.It also put forward suggestions on the sustainable development of Argentina red shrimp trade with China,deepening bilateral fishery cooperation and strengthening product sales management.
