摘 要:种质资源是大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)养殖生产和遗传改良必不可少的物质基础,及时掌握大黄鱼种质资源研究、开发及利用现状的研究热点和研究方向,对大黄鱼产业发展具有重要意义。以大黄鱼产业发展现状为基础,以中国知网(CNKI)数据总库作为文献来源,采用文献计量分析的研究方法,围绕大黄鱼种质资源、人工繁育、养殖及育种主题,建立检索式。截至2021年12月31日,经过人工方法筛选,共得到555篇期刊文献为研究对象。从研究论文发表数量、期刊分布情况和研究机构分布情况进行分析,并利用NoteExpress软件对主题关键词绘制了词频云图,进行词频分析。结果显示,大黄鱼种质资源研究、开发及利用方面的热点主要在3个方面,即大黄鱼分类地位、地理分布及其种群划分的研究;大黄鱼种质资源鉴定评价研究;大黄鱼种质创新方面的研究。最后,从种质资源保护和鉴定评价、重要经济性状遗传解析、基因组资源发掘、新品种培育和良种示范推广等方面对未来大黄鱼种质资源的开发利用研究提出了建议。Germplasm resources are the essential material basis for breeding,production and genetic improvement of Larimichthys crocea.It is of great significance for the development of L.crocea industry to timely grasp the research hotspots and research directions of L.crocea genetics and breeding.Based on the current situation of the development of L.crocea industry and CNKI database as the literature source,using the research method of bibliometrics,focusing on the theme of germplasm resources,artificial breeding of L.crocea genetics and breeding,a retrieval model was established.Until Dec.31st 2021,through manual screening,interviews and meeting notices a total of 555 journal documents was obtained as the research objects.This paper analyzed the research literature on genetics and breeding of L.crocea from the quantity of research papers published over the years,the distribution of journals and research institutions,and used NoteExpress software to draw the word frequency cloud map for word frequency analysis.It was pointed out that the research hotspots in the development of genetics and breeding of L.crocea mainly focused on the taxonomic status,geographical distribution and population of L.crocea.With the continuous breakthrough of artificial culture technique of L.crocea,the research on identification and evaluation of L.crocea germplasm resources had been carried out.The research on germplasm innovation of L.crocea was deepening.Finally,the future research direction of L.crocea breeding was pointed out from the aspects of germplasm resources protection,identification and evaluation,genetic analysis of important economic traits,genome resources exploration,new variety cultivation and improved variety demonstration and promotion.
