摘  要:随着全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)应用市场化、产业化发展的规模逐渐增广、增大,GNSS相关人才的需求也在不断扩大。高校创新实验室是“新工科”背景下深化教育实践改革的重要基础,在“新工科”和“三全育人”的指导方针下,依托GNSS实验室平台,对GNSS创新人才实践能力培养进行探索,将创新创业实践项目培育、学科交叉融合的实践应用拓展、产学研协同育人、国际化工程专业认证、人工智能+GNSS作为实施保障,以期实现具有多学科交叉融合的GNSS创新实践能力的人才培养。The scale of the marketization and industrialization of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)applications is gradually expanding and increasing,and the corresponding demand for talents is also increasing.The innovation laboratory in colleges and universities is an important foundation for deepening the reform of educational practice under the background of"New Engineering".In the context of"New Engineering"and"Three-All Education",this paper explores the practical ability training mode for GNSS innovative talents based on the GNSS laboratory platform.A series of implementation guarantees have been proposed,including the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial practice projects,the expansion of practical application of interdisciplinary integration,collaborative education of industry-academy-research cooperation,international engineering education accreditation,and artificial intelligence+GNSS,in order to achieve the cultivation of talents with multi-disciplinary integration and GNSS innovative practice ability.
