摘　　要：随着我国奶牛养殖业的快速集约化发展,养殖场粪便与废水的大量产生与集中倾倒对人类生存环境造成了很大的影响,如何解决养殖业产生的粪污与废水已引起人们高度重视。介绍了牛粪的能源化、肥料化、食用菌种植利用和牛粪基生物炭利用等资源化利用方法,阐述目前奶牛养殖业粪污及废水处理工艺的现状,分析了养殖废水处理工艺的应用前景,并提出了未来牛粪的资源化利用与废水处理研究方向,为牛粪资源的循环利用与规模化奶牛养殖业提供参考。With the rapid intensive development of dairy farming,the massive production and centralized dumping of farm manure and wastewater have had a great impact on human living environment and how to solve the farm manure and waste water produced by farming industry has aroused great attention.Resource utilization methods such as cow dung energy regeneration,fertilization,edible fungi planting and utilization,cow dung based biochar utilization were introduced and the present situations of dairy farming excrement and wastewater treatment process were described and the application prospect of breeding wastewater treatment process were analyzed.Meanwhile,the research direction of resource utilization and wastewater treatment of cow dung in the future was put forward to provide reference for the recycling of cow dung resources and large-scale dairy farming.
