摘　　要：草乌药用价值极高,是中、蒙、藏医药广泛应用的习用植物药。因草乌含有剧毒,需经炮制方可入药。在蒙医药除根部外,其他部位即叶、花、芽等皆可入药,且毒性小亦可生用,有着极大的利用价值。随着对其需求量的加大,愈发引起研究者们的关注。现通过查阅蒙医药学相关文献,对草乌及其他入药部位的化学成分、药理作用及应用等方面的相同和不同之处进行研究比较,以挖掘其新用途和潜在功效,并为其全面研究和开发利用提供参考。Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb is a kind of plant medicine with high medicinal value,which is widely used in Chinese,Mongolian and Tibetan medicine.Because it contains highly toxic,needs to be used as medicine only after being processed.In Mongolian medicine,except the root,other parts such as leaves,flowers,buds and so on can be used in medicine,and can be used in raw due to the low toxicity,so it has great utilization value.With the increasing demand for Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb,researchers are paying more and more attention to it.By consulting relevant literature,the similarities and differences of chemical composition,pharmacological action and application of Mongolian medicine Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb and other medicinal parts are comparatively studied,so as to explore its new uses and potential effects and provide reference for its comprehensive research,development and utilization.
