20万只智能化蛋鸡场全自动集蛋系统破蛋率的分析研究

摘　　要：为降低鸡蛋的破损率,研究针对20万只智能化蛋鸡场全自动鸡蛋系统的破蛋率展开分析。试验通过分区段观察、测定与统计的方法,在某20万只智能化蛋鸡场寻找鸡蛋破损率严重的区段,分析引起破损的主要原因,提出并实施改进方案对系统进行优化。结果显示,改进前该鸡场平均破损率为6.70%,破损率最高的2号舍与3号舍分别达17.55%与10.44%;经观测分析发现,2号舍与3号舍鸡笼笼底坡度为9.0~9.2度,较标准高出约1度,导致破损增加。因设备已安装定形且投入生产,重新改建难以实施,研究决定采用增加减速条、调整集蛋时间等改进措施。改进后2号舍与3号舍的破损率下降至13.44%和9.55%,各区段平均破损率降低2.79%。经过1年的使用,该鸡场减少经济损失398646.32元,经济效益显著。研究表明,通过改变鸡舍的蛋线的相应位置的构造可降低破损率,减少经济损失。In order to reduce the breakage rate of eggs,the research analyzed the breakage rate of the automatic egg system for 200000 intelligent laying hens.Through the methods of observation,measurement and statistics in different sections,the research found the section with serious egg breakage rate in a 200000 intelligent laying hen farm,analyzed the main reasons for the breakage,propose and implement improvement plans to optimize the system.The results showed that before the improvement,the average breakage rate of the farm was 6.70%,and the No.2 and No.3 houses with the highest breakage rates were 17.55%and 10.44%,respectively.Through observation and analysis,it was found that the bottom slope of the chicken cages in No.2 and No.3 was 9.0~9.2 degrees,which was about one degree higher than the standard,resulting in increased damage.Because the equipment has been installed and put into production,it was difficult to carry out reconstruction.Therefore,it was decided to adopt improvement measures such as increasing the speed reduction bar and adjusting the egg collection time.After the improvement,the damage rate of No.2 and No.3 buildings dropped to 13.44%and 9.55%,and the average breakage rate of each section decreased by 2.79%.After one year of use,the chicken farm has reduced economic losses by 398646.32 yuan,and the economic benefit was remarkable.The study indicates that by changing the structure of the corresponding position of the egg line of the chicken house,the breakage rate can be reduced and economic losses can be reduced.
