冷冻温度对鹿细管精液降温速率和精子复苏率的影响

摘  要:试验旨在探讨冷冻温度对鹿细管精液降温速率和精子复苏率的影响。采用3×6试验设计,分为6组,每组同时冷冻3只鹿精液;利用简易冷冻装置,通过调节液氮面与冷冻面之间距离的方法控制精液冷冻温度,测定不同冷冻温度对精液降温速率和精子复苏率变化。结果显示,A组降温速率为57.6℃/min,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);C组液氮面与冷冻面之间距离3 cm,初冻温度-160.3℃,冻精活力为0.54,精子复苏率达69.2%。C组冻精活力、精子复苏率均显著高于A、D、E、F组(P<0.05),与B组差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,控制鹿细管精液冷冻温度可以提高精子的复苏率。The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of freezing temperature on deer tubule semen cooling rate and sperm recovery rate.3×6 experimental design was adopted,and they were divided into six groups,and each group froze the semen of three deer at the same time.Using a simple freezing device,the semen freezing temperature was controlled by adjusting the distance between the liquid nitrogen surface and the freezing surface,and the changes in the semen cooling rate and sperm recovery rate were determined by different freezing temperatures.The results showed that The cooling rate of group A was 57.6℃/min,which was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The distance between the liquid nitrogen surface and the freezing surface in group C was 3 cm,the initial freezing temperature was-160.3℃,the frozen semen motility was 0.54,and the sperm recovery rate was 69.2%.The frozen semen motility and sperm recovery rate of group C were significantly higher than those of group A,group D,group E and group F(P<0.05),but not significantly different from group B(P>0.05).The study indicates that controlling the freezing temperature of deer straw semen can improve the recovery rate of sperm.
