摘 要:随着生物医学材料相关技术的不断发展,丝素蛋白的应用潜力逐渐凸显,已成为一种新型生物医学材料。丝素蛋白具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性和低免疫原性,广泛应用于生物医学领域,成为组织工程的理想材料。文章以丝素蛋白为核心,对丝素蛋白运用于皮肤创面愈合、神经连接、血管再生、人造骨骼及人工软骨组织等领域的修复效果进展进行综述,介绍了丝素蛋白的分子结构和特点、丝素蛋白在不同领域的应用以及丝素蛋白在体外和体内的作用。此外,文章还对丝素蛋白在生物医学领域的应用进展进行了讨论和总结,对丝素蛋白材料目前发展的局限性和未来的发展趋势进行了展望。With the continuous development of biomedical materials-related technologies,the application potential of silk fibroin has gradually become prominent,and it has become a new type of biomedical material.Silk fibroin has been widely used in biomedical application due to excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability and low immunogenicity,have made silk fibroin a favorable material for tissue engineering.The review summarizes the application of silk fibroin's repair function applicated in skin wound healing,neural regeneration,angiogenesis,artificial bone and artificial cartilage,the molecular structure and characteristics of silk fibroin,the application of silk fibroin in different fields,and the function of silk fibroin in vitro and in vivo were introduced.In addition,the paper also discusses and summarizes the application progress of silk fibroin in the field of biomedicine,and forecasts the current development limitations and future development trends of silk fibroin materials.
