摘 要:研究了聚丙烯(PP)材料的结晶度、滑石粉目数及份数、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的种类与份数对PP复合材料光泽度及力学性能的影响。结果表明大部分共聚聚丙烯的光泽度比均聚聚丙烯要低;聚丙烯的结晶度与光泽度呈线性关系,可通过降低材料结晶度的方法降低光泽度;随着滑石粉添加份数的增加,材料的光泽度呈下降趋势,且拉伸强度增加,弯曲强度增加,冲击强度降低;随着POE添加份数的增加,材料的光泽度呈下降趋势,且拉伸强度降低,弯曲强度降低,冲击强度大幅度提升。通过总结实验数据,在保持力学性能的条件下得到PP13+Talc9+POE6的配方,该复合材料光泽度可达到1.4~1.6。The crystallinity of polypropylene(PP),the number and fraction of talc powder,the type and fraction of polyolefin elastomer(POE),and the effects on the gloss and mechanical properties of PP composites were studied.The results show that the gloss of most copolymerized polypropylene is lower than that of homopolypropylene.The crystallinity of polypropylene has a linear relationship with gloss,which can be reduced by reducing the crystallinity of the material.With the increase of talc content,the gloss of the material decreased,and the tensile strength increased,the bending strength increased and the impact strength decreased.With the increase of POE content,the gloss of the material decreased,and the tensile strength decreased,the bending strength decreased,and the impact strength increased significantly.By summarizing the experimental data,the formula of PP13+Talc9+POE6 can be obtained on the premise of maintaining the mechanical properties,and the gloss of the composite can reach 1.4-1.6.
