摘　　要：介绍了集成式制氮抽真空设备的工作原理、工艺流程及组成,分析了其结构性能,并测试了其运行参数。该设备可自动、手动抽真空、充氮,满足多种光学仪器、医疗设备、其他精密仪器和化工实验室的用氮需求。This paper introduces the working principle,process flow and equipment composition of the integrated nitrogen generator with vacuum equipment.This paper introduces the working principle,process flow and composition of the integrated nitrogen making and vacuum pumping equipment,analyzes its structure and performance,and tests its operating parameters.The equipment can automatically and manually vacuum and fill nitrogen,and it can meet the nitrogen needs of a variety of optical instruments,medical equipment,other precision instruments and chemical laboratories.
