摘 要:目的优选活血灵汤的制备工艺,探索以电导率作为汤剂制备工艺评价与质量控制手段的可行性。方法采用正交试验设计,主要以有效组分阿魏酸、芍药苷的量和干浸膏得率为指标,全面考察活血灵汤的制备工艺,分别测定57个煎煮液的干浸膏得率与电导率,分析其相关性。结果优选的活血灵汤制备工艺条件为取处方药材加8倍量水,提取3次,每次30 min;煎煮液的干浸膏得率与其电导率线性关系显著(P<0.01)。结论该方法操作简单,重复性好,可为批量代煎提供参考。采用电导率检测法可简便、快捷的反映出中药汤剂中的干浸膏得率,便于快速检测汤剂质量。Objective To optimize the preparation technique of Huoxueling Decoction and explore the feasibility of technique evaluation and quality control by conductivity.Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize preparation technique of Huoxueling Decoction,and the active components of ferulic acid,paeoniflorin,were mainly chosen as indicators.The dry extract and conductivity of 57 decoctions were determined and their correlation was analyzed.Results The optimal preparation techniqueswere as follows:The dried herbs were boiled and extracted thrice with 8 times of water for 30 min.There was a significant linear relationship between dry extract and conductivity(P<0.01).Conclusion The optimized process was effective,stable and feasible,which can provide reference for decocting Huoxueling Decoction in large quantities.Moreover,the method of conductivity can reflect the yield of dry extract simply and quickly,which was convenient to test the quality of decoction.
