桃红清血丸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对白癜风患者联合采用复方卡力孜然酊和桃红清血丸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月~2021年1月收治的62例白癜风患者为研究对象,采用随机排列法分为对照组和研究组,各31例。其中对照组患者采用复方卡力孜然酊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合桃红清血丸治疗,两组均治疗3个月,比较3个月后两组皮损情况、总有效率、免疫功能和不良反应的差异。结果研究组治疗前皮损面积和皮损色素评分与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后皮损面积较本组治疗前相比明显缩小,皮损色素评分较本组治疗前相比明显提高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后皮损面积小于对照组,皮损色素评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率90.32%高于对照组67.74%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平较本组治疗前均有明显升高,CD8^(+)水平较本组治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率16.13%与对照组19.35%相比无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对白癜风患者联合采用复方卡力孜然酊和桃红清血丸治疗可以达到内外兼治的功效,在改善患者皮损情况的同时促进其免疫功能的恢复,临床治疗的安全性和有效性较高。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Taohong Qingxue Pills combined with Fufang Kali Ziranding in treating leukoderma.Methods 62 leukoderma patients treated from January 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to random permutation method,patients were assigned to control group(31 cases)and research group(31 cases).The control group took Fufang Kali Ziranding;the research group took Fufang Kali Ziranding and Taohong Qingxue Pills.After 3 months of treatment,the skin damage conditions,total effective rate,immune function and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the skin damage area and skin pigment scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the skin damage area for two groups was shrunk while the skin pigment scores were increased(P<0.05);the skin damage area in the research group was smaller than control group;the skin pigment scores were higher than control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the research group(90.32%)was higher than control group(67.74%)(P<0.05);before treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the two groups were increased while CD8^(+)levels were declined(P<0.05);CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the research group were higher than those of the control group;CD8^(+)levels were lower than control group(P<0.05);the overall adverse drug rate in the research group(16.13%)and control group(19.35%)was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Fufang Kali Ziranding combined with Taohong Qingxue Pills has internal and external treatment effects for leukoderma patients,which can reduce the skin damage,and improve the immune function,treatment safety and effectiveness.
