中药包持续冰敷对胫腓骨骨折患者住院时间的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药包持续冰敷对胫腓骨骨折患者住院时间的影响。方法将2019年6月1日~2020年6月1日于中山市中医院骨一科确诊为胫腓骨骨折的92例患者,按照入院先后顺序,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例患者,两组患者均接受手术治疗。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予普通冰袋持续冰敷,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药包持续冰敷进行干预。比较分析两组患者的疼痛程度,并发症发生率,肿胀情况,手术等待时间和住院时间。结果观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);较对照组患者,观察组患者肿胀值显著较小,消肿率、消肿优良率显著较高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术等待时间和住院时间较对照组均更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药包持续冰敷对胫腓骨骨折患者围术期进行干预,能够降低围术期疼痛程度,加快消肿速度和效果,减少并发症的发生,缩短手术等待时间和住院时间,效果良好。Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine pack continuous ice compress on the length of hospital stay of patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods From June 1,2019 to June 1,2020,92 patients with tibiofibular fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,46 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given continuous ice compress with ordinary ice bag,while the observation group was intervened with continuous ice compress with traditional Chinese medicine bag on the basis of conventional treatment.The degree of pain,incidence of complications,swelling,operation waiting time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the swelling value of the observation group was significantly smaller,and the detumescence rate and excellent and good rate of detumescence were significantly higher(P<0.05);The operation waiting time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine pack continuous ice compress in the perioperative intervention of patients with tibiofibular fracture can reduce the degree of perioperative pain,accelerate the speed and effect of detumescence,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the operation waiting time and hospitalization time,which is worthy of wide promotion.
