加味参苓白术散对中老年原发性支气管肺癌患者顽固性咳嗽的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味参苓白术散对中老年原发性支气管肺癌患者顽固性咳嗽的疗效。方法选取2019年1月~2020年12月收治的60例原发性支气管肺癌顽固性咳嗽患者,分为观察组和治疗组,两组各30例。对照组给予口服复方福尔可定口服液,观察组在此基础上联合加味参苓白术散治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、肺功能、咳嗽量表的变化。结果治疗后观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后1周FEV_(1)、VC、FEV_(1)/FVC均较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),观察组升高更明显(P<0.01);治疗1周及2周后观察组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、VC指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后1周及2周,对照组治疗后日间咳嗽改善低于观察组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组经治疗后1周夜间咳嗽症状较对照组有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2周,两组夜间咳嗽症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味参苓白术散能改善治疗中老年原发性支气管肺癌患者顽固性咳嗽临床症状,进一步提升患者肺功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on refractory cough in middle-aged and elderly patients with primary bronchial lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with refractory cough of primary bronchial lung cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound fulkeding oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on this basis.The clinical efficacy,lung function and cough scale of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).FEV_(1),VC and FEV_(1)/FVC of the two groups one week after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.01);After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and VC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,the improvement of daytime cough in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the nighttime cough symptoms of the observation group were improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the nighttime cough symptoms of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Shenling baizhu Powder can improve the clinical symptoms of refractory cough in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with primary bronchial lung cancer,and further improve the lung function of patients.
