摘　　要：综述信息-动机-行为技巧模型的概念、内容,以该模型为基础,开展新冠肺炎疫情下一线医务人员的心理健康调查和干预的研究,了解医务人员心理行为及其影响因素,为心理干预提供科学的依据和建议,为促进医务人员的心理健康行为改变提供理论基础和指导。This paper reviews the concept and content of the information-motivation-behavioral skills model.Based on this model,research on the mental health investigation and intervention of front-line medical staff under the COVID-19 pandemic is carried out to understand the psychological behavior of medical staff and its influencing factors,which provide scientific basis and suggestions for psychological intervention,and provide theoretical basis and guidance for promoting mental health behavior change of medical staff.
