摘　　要：目的:观察联合应用利尿剂对内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗高盐饮食地区高血压患者的降压疗效。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年9月内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗大杨树镇诊疗的高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,试验组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合应用利尿剂吲达帕胺治疗,比较不同性别、年龄组治疗效果,两组患者治疗后血压变化,临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:不同性别、年龄治疗1周、4周后效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗第4周后的收缩压、舒张压值改善好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗效果第1周、第4周治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生情况明显少于对照组。结论:对高盐饮食地区人群高血压患者,联合小剂量利尿剂能安全有效地控制血压。Objective:To observe the antihypertensive effect of diuretics in hypertensive patients at the high-salt diet area of Oroqen Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods:A total of 100 patients who were diagnosed with hypertension and treated in Dayangshu Town,Oroqen Autonomous Banner,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was treated with Levamlodipine Besylate and the experimental group was treated with Levamlodipine Besylate combined with diuretic Indapamide.The treatment effects of different gender and age groups,blood pressure changes after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the effects of different genders and ages after one week and four weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group after the fourth week of treatment was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in the first week and the fourth week,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment combined with low-dose diuretics can safely and effectively control blood pressure of hypertensive population at the high-salt diet areas.
