加味定喘汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(痰热壅肺型)疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析加味定喘汤用于治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)痰热壅肺型的临床疗效与价值。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年1月门头沟区妇幼保健院收治的痰热壅肺型CVA患儿共60例作为观察对象,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合加味定喘汤治疗。比较两组患儿气道功能参数、治疗总有效率及中医证候评分差异。结果:观察组治疗后疾病治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项气道功能参数变化显著优于对照组、中医证候后评分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对痰热壅肺型CVA患儿应用加味定喘汤治疗可有效改善患儿咳嗽等不适症状并改善肺功能情况,对控制病情进展及提高疾病疗效具有积极意义。Objective:To analzye the clinical efficacy and value of modified Dingchuan Decoction in treating children with cough variant asthma(CVA)with phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods:A total of 60 children with phlegm-heat obstructing lung CVA admitted to Mentougou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 were selected as observation subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Dingchuan Decoction besides Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The differences in airway function parameters,total effective rate of treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of various airway function parameters in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with phlegm-heat obstructed lung CVA,the application of modified Dingchuan Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and other discomfort and improve the lung function,which is of positive significance to control the progress of the disease and improve the efficiency of disease treatment.
