血清β2-微球蛋白和血清胱抑素C检测对早期高血压肾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)检测在诊断高血压肾病早期肾损害的临床价值。方法:收集监利市中医医院2020年1月-2021年4月治疗的100例高血压肾病患者作为观察组,同时收集同期健康体检的人员100例作为对照组,两组人员均于清晨抽取空腹静脉血5 mL,37℃水浴10 min,然后离心10 min(3500 r/min),取上清液,使用全自动生化分析仪,对β_(2)-MG、Cys-C进行监测,严格按照试剂盒说明设置试剂参数,并设立质控,β_(2)-MG与Cys-C检测方法是免疫透射比法,同时测定尿素和肌酐。结果:观察组β_(2)-MG、Cys-C、尿素、肌酐检测值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅲ~Ⅳ期阳性检出率明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清β_(2)-MG、Cys-C检测是诊断高血压肾病早期肾损害的重要指标,是判断临床疗效和预后的重要指标。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and serum cystatin C(Cys-C)in the diagnosis of early renal damage in hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive nephropathy who were treated in Jianli Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2021 were collected as the observation group,and 100 healthy persons who underwent physical examinations during the same period were collected as the control group.Fasting venous blood(5 mL)was taken from both groups in the morning,and the blood was washed at 37℃for 10 min,then centrifuged for 10 min(3500 r/min),and the supernatant was taken.The automatic biochemical analyzer was used to monitorβ2-MG and Cys-C,and the reagent parameters were set strictly in accordance with the instructions of the kit,and the quality control was set up.The detection method ofβ2-MG and Cys-C was immune transmission ratio method,and the urea and creatinine were measured at the same time.Results:The test values ofβ2-MG,Cys-C,urea,and creatinine in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of stage III to IV in observation group was significantly higher than that of stage I to II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of serumβ2-MG and Cys-C is an important indicator for the diagnosis of early renal damage in hypertensive nephropathy,and is an important indicator for the judgment of clinical efficacy and prognosis.
