摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理对慢性扁桃炎切除术后自护理效果的影响。方法:选取枝江市人民医院2019年7月-2021年8月收治的84例慢性扁桃体炎患者为研究对象,随机均分成对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采取常规术后护理,观察组采取术后综合护理干预,比较两组并发症发生率、术后VAS评分、住院时间与术后白膜形成时间。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义VAS评分;术后白膜形成时间与住院时间观察组短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后第1天VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,出院前1 d VAS评分明显低于同组术后第1天,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性扁桃体炎切除术后采取综合护理干预可有效降低并发症发生率,加快康复进程,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative nursing effect after chronic tonsillitis resection.Methods:A total of 84 patients with chronic tonsillitis who were admitted to Zhijiang People's Hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two equal groups:control group and observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine postoperative care and the observation group adopted postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention.The complication rate,postoperative VAS score,length of hospital stat and postoperative albuginea formation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;The postoperative albuginea formation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the VAS score between two groups on Day 1 after the operation,and the VAS score on Day 1 day before discharge was significantly lower than that in the same group on Day 1 after the operation,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention after chronic tonsillitis resection can effectively reduce the complication rate and accelerate the rehabilitation process,which is worth promoting.
