摘　　要：广佛手是药食两用植物资源,具有生长快、果形大、品质佳、产量高的优势。长期以来,广佛手多为群众自发性种植,技术含量低,产量波动大。文章对广佛手种质特征、生长习性、栽培技术、病虫害防治和采收加工进行了总结,旨在为其高产稳产提供参考。Finger citron is a medicinal and edible plant resource.It has the advantages of fast growth large fruit shape,good quality and high yield For a long time,the production of finger citron is mostly spontaneous planting of the masses,with low technical content and large fluctuations in production.In this paper,the germplasm characteristics,growth habits,cultivation technique,pest control,harvesting and processing of finger citron were summarized,so as to provide reference for high and stable yield of finger citron.
