弹力带抗阻练习结合呼吸训练护理对冠心病患者心肺功能及运动耐力的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析应用呼吸训练与弹力带抗阻练习联合干预冠心病患者对其运动耐力、心肺功能的影响。方法:选取于2021年6月至2021年12月期间因冠心病进入广西贺州市人民医院治疗的200例患者,依照患者意愿将其编为对照组(予以常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上予弹力带抗阻结合呼吸训练护理),每组各100例。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后呼吸、6分钟步行测试(6MWT)评分、血压、并发症发生率、心肌功能指标、血脂指标较对照低,血氧饱和度、左心室射血分数较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后心功能等级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用呼吸训练与弹力带抗阻练习联合干预冠心病患者有助于改善肺呼吸功能、血压、运动耐力、心肌功能、血脂、心功能,减少并发症发生。Objective:To analyze the effects of combined intervention of respiratory training and elastic band resistance exercises on exercise endurance and cardiopulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:200 patients with coronary heart disease who entered Hezhou People's Hospital of Guangxi from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(elastic band resistance combined with respiratory training nursing)according to the wishes of the patients,with 100 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the respiration,6-minute walk test(6MWT)score,blood pressure,complication rate,myocardial function index and blood lipid index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the grade of cardiac function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined intervention of respiratory training and elastic band resistance exercise in patients with coronary heart disease is helpful to improve pulmonary respiratory function,blood pressure,exercise endurance,myocardial function,blood lipid and cardiac function,and reduce complications.
